1. Do we offer free samples?
No, we don’t offer free samples because the products are big and high valuable.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T or L/C for bulks production and paypal for samples.
3.What is the delivery way about my order?
Normally vessel shipping for bulks. DHL,FedEx,TNT or UPS for samples.
4.How do i track my orders?
When the order is shipped, you can track the order by the tracking number we provided.
5.How do i know when the order will be shipped?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an E-mail confirmation with the tracking number.
6.How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders take 15-25days business days to handle for bulks, within 7 days for samples. Please
