We, Zhongshan SEEMAX Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., guarantees the Cooling fan and warming heater we supplied are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for five years warranty commencing from the delivery date. 1) During the Warranty Period, SEEMAX will, (following prompt written notice of the issue(s) and a reasonable period for investigation) at its discretion, repair or replace either the whole Product or any part of it that SEEMAX deems to be defective as a result of a material or manufacturing fault. 2) Within this guarantee SEEMAX will repair or replace defected products caused by material or production failures or any other compensation for safe accident. Excepted are: defects caused by inappropriate use, especially if direction of the instructions for use are not observed,Normal abrasion as well as failures which affect the value or use of the product insignificantly. Making a claim under the Warranties In order to make a claim under this Warranty, please contact us at B-4, No. 13, Dongrui 3rd Road, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China P.C.: 528415 or via email to michael@seemaxfan.cn, with a detailed description of the defect(s) with photos or videos and data of the defective products. After authorisation, please return the complete product, or sub-assemblies/parts as directed by our
related staff in its original packaging (if possible) and relevant paperwork. Defective products returned under the Warranties should be appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Any return of SEEMAX Products under the Warranties is done at the sole risk of the customer and SEEMAX will not be liable for any damages or losses sustained during transit.
